Shir Hadash endeavors to serve the following populations:
Jerusalem Residents, including (but not limited to) the English speaking oleh community, whose contributions to the religious, cultural and economic well-being of the city are essential.
Jewish visitors from abroad, as a home away from home for Missions, Teen Tours and Individual Tourists, strengthening the Diaspora-Israel connection and offering an inspiring vision of Judaism with which to return home.
Overseas Students, providing hospitality and outreach opportunities to thousands of college aged youth visiting Israel each year, deepening their Jewish roots as well as their bond to Israel.
Non-Jewish Visiting Dignitaries, as a hub for Spiritual Diplomacy, welcoming high level political, religious and academic delegations, enriching their visit and strengthening their connection to Israel and the Jewish people.
